A ceremony of WAQIPH project of ERRA-WatSan sector held on 16th June 2010 at Neelam View Hotel AJK Muzaffarabad. The purpose of the ceremony was to share the experiences of Water Quality Improvement & Promotion of Hygiene Project and to acknowledge the services of different stake holders and individuals. The ceremony was organized by Women Welfare Organization Poonch WWOP, Society for Sustainable Development SSD and Himalaya Rural Support Program HRSP, the implementing Partners of ERRA’s WAQIPH Project.

The Prime Minister of AJK Raja Farooq Haider Khan was the chief Guest at this occasion. The Prime Minister appreciated the overall performance of ERRA and admired contributions of ERRA’s implementing partners towards raising awareness among the people of Earthquake Affected Areas regarding water quality, water conservation and safe hygiene practices.

The Prime Minister AJK distributed certificates and shields to those who rendered valuable services towards implementation of WAQIPH Project.
